Boxing Drills

🎾🥊FOOTWORK, HAND-EYE COORDINATION, AND STRONG STRAIGHT PUNCHES🥊🎾
My fighter Mike, has been progressing nicely lately with drilling the foundations. In this drill, we put them all together!
👉🏽FOOTWORK: Moving around the ring keeping the fundamentals strong.
👉🏽REACTIONS: Moving with me, the opponent, always keeping on his toes to move when I move and seeing the 🎾 sharpens his reactions to real punches.
👉🏽HAND EYE COORDINATION: Developing strong motor skills for seeing and catching.
👉🏽FIST CLENCHING FOR IMPACT: Building good habits of always having a strong fist when the punch is connecting.
👉🏽KEEPING 1-2 STRAIGHT AND ON TARGET: By catching the ball on the jab, and re-catching the ball with the cross, we train our arms and brain, to know the target is the same.........opponents chin. Keeping our aim on point.
