BUTTER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 450 grams
• Butter – 4 tbsn
• Curd – 4 tbsn
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsn
• Red Chilli Powder – 3 tspn
• Garam Masala Powder – 1 tspn
• Turmeric Powder – 1/3 tspn
• Kasuri Methi – 2 tbsn
• Lemon Juice – 1 tbsn
• Cashew Buts – 2 tbsn
• Tomatoe – 4 medium
• Green Chilli – 2
• Cardamon – 3-4
• Bay Leaf -1
• Cinnamon – 2-3 small
• Cloves – 3-4
• Black Pepper – ½ tspn
• Salt
• Cream – 1tbsn
• Maggi Stock – 2 cubes
Directions:

Cut the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add curd 2 tbsn, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsn, red chili powder 2 tspn, garam masala ½ tspn, turmeric 1/3 tspn, kasuri methi 1 tbsn, lemon juice 1 tbsn and mix well. Add chicken in the mixed sauce and mix it well. MARINATE for 2 HOURS
Take a grill pan or normal pan and add 2 tbsn butter and fry the chicken pieces flipping both sides until done, remove the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Take chopped tomatoes 4 medium size, 2 green chillis, grind it and make a paste. KEEP ASIDE
Take a frying pan and add cashew nut 2 tbsn and roast for 2 mins and grind adding little water KEEP ASIDE
Take a cooking pan and add butter 2 tbsn, cardamom 3-4, cinnamon 3-4, clove 3-4, bay leaf 1, black pepper ½ tspn. Mix it well and add tomato paste and saute for 2 minutes, Add red chilli powder 1 tspn, turmeric powder 1/3 tspn, Salt to taste, Sauté well for 2 minutes. Add curd 2 tbsn, Garam masala ½ tspn, cashew paste, cream 1 tbsn, kasuri methi 1 tbsn, maggi stock 2 cubes and mix it well. Add fried chicken and mix well. Cover it cook for 5 minutes until butter separates.
Garnish with coriander and cream.
Serve with Hot Naan.
