Scientists Testify on Climate Change - House Science Committee Hearing, Feb 13 2019

Climate scientists and policy experts testified on the latest climate change research before the House Science, Space and Technology Committee. They discussed an array of topics including clean energy technologies, environmental health issues, and climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. Witnesses also provided recommendations for limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius and reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the Earth’s atmosphere. Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX) chaired the committee and Rep. Frank Lucas (R-TX) served as the ranking member.
